Question: What should we do if we want to make a PCBA?
Answer: Engineering file such as Gerber file, BOM list plus the Placement of Components.
Question: What about if we just want to make the PCB prototype. How fast can your company delivery the PCB?
Answer: Prototype PCB delivery is about 72 Hours upon receiving your specifications. ＊＊
Question: What materials PCB can you manufacture?
Answer: FR4, CEM-3, High thermal conductivity Aluminum based etc.
Question: How many layers can you fabricate?
Answer: Single layer, Double layers, 4 Layers, Multilayers. (From 1 to up 18 layers)
Question: What is the max. finished board size can you make?
Answer: 1040mm by 1249mm (3.41 ft by 4.1ft)
Question: What is the surface finished / treatment can you do?
Answer: OSP, HASL/ Lead free HASL, Immersion Gold, Gold plating, Immersion silver, Immersion Tin.
Question: What is the copper thickness can you do?
Answer: 0.5 OZ to 4 OZ
Question: What is the Min. hole / Min. traces width/space?
Answer: 4mil (0.1mm)/ 0.13mm
Question: What is the outline tolerance / holde size tolerance?
Answer: ±0.10mm / PTH±0.05mm NPTH: ±0.05mm.
Question: Can you do conformal coating on the PCBA?
Answer: Yes, we can do conformal coating on the plate.
Question: What quality ensure do you have?
Answer: UL, RoHs
Questions: Can you program the chips?
Answer: Yes, we can program the chips with minimum quantity.
Question: What kind of PCB or PCBA do you usually handle?
